LEADERSHIP COACHING

Working one-on-one with professionals to develop and enhance leadership skills is at the core of my coaching practice. Leadership coaching is typically a months-long engagement that initially involves an alignment conversation and assessment to determine a leader’s predispositions and development opportunities. Together, we’ll construct your specific roadmap to achieve increased fluency and agility across a range of professional development areas. Along the way, we’ll measure progress and gather feedback from various stakeholders to ensure the process yields results.
